Refund Policy
We offer a full refund for any of the ready-to-wear pieces within 14 days of purchase if returned in the same condition as they were sent.
You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item if it is damaged. Items will only be applicable for a refund if they have been delivered damaged or have a manufacturing fault. Items will be inspected when received and any that are damaged from wear and tear will not be accepted.
Any personalised jewellery or bespoke commissions cannot be refunded. Once these items have the final sign off we will be unable to refund.
Items within the UK must be sent back but Royal Mail Special delivery. Items outside the UK must be sent with a courier that can be tracked, signed for and insured. We are unable to accept responsibility if any item does not arrive.
The shipping charges are non refundable and we cannot refund import duties or taxes on international deliveries.
Customer service is our up most priority. If any bespoke item is able to be altered to ensure complete satisfaction then we will try our up most to do so.
